Be open to be able to receive light. Be gratefull. Be clear. Speak correctly. Breath right. Be quiet. Be silent. Try no to speak that much, just try it. Clear your mind of tricky thoughts. Don't let your mind swimming in T.V. bullshit or social ill relationships. Be carefull with the things that your are repeating over and over again. Smile, share, don't let things around you disturb your energy field, don't let this sick illusion put your frecuency lower. Be smart. Look at the sun. Look at the moon. Speak the right words. Have respect for everybody's path. Be light for others and also be invisible. Look at your dark side, embrace it. Know yourself, learn how to control yourself, everything has a reason to be. Be conciouss about your astrology and your path at the stars, is pretty useful. Don't try to understand, never, just overstand and innerstand always. Close your eyes often, go to your zero point, recharge yourself. God manifest himself through us, be the conduct for that word and for that energy. Be human light again. One.
